INVASION!

My final project for Technical Drawing for Entertainment was to create a package of a designed space, complete with groundplan, facade, elevations, detail, and a color rendering. I knew that I wanted to create a haunted experience for Universal, since that was what got me interested in Themed Entertainment Design. I researched scare zones that had already existed in the Orlando park and came across INVASION!, which was a retro alien themed scare zone. I have such a love for cheesy retro environments so I took that idea and created a facade for a haunt that would be placed in the back of the park in one of the “Sprung Tents”. The final design included 2 crashed ship pieces that I designed, an army truck, satellite dishes, various trunks, stage lights, and barbed wire and metal sheet fencing.

Neon Racers

For my Digital Rendering for Entertainment class, our final project was to create an environment of our choosing. I thought that a cyberpunk city would be a great opportunity to show off details in my illustration work, and also a great setting to tell a story. In this piece, I tied in the futuristic theme by using AI generated images for my moldboards and inspiration rather than images already online. The final, however, I painted myself in Procreate and finalized in Photoshop.

For a Social Media Marketing class I was taking, my team was assigned to do content creation for a small business based on research we had already done. I decided to take over the website design portion of the project and came up with this design. WDTP is a small, family-owned web design business based in Williamsburg, Virginia. This was the mockup I created using WordPress, which was then transferred to the actual website where the design is reflected today.
