In my advertising and branding class, one of our assignments was to create a prototype website in Adobe XD. Being familiar with WordPress, I did a quick mock-up and then transferred my ideas over to XD. My concept was to use a brand my Mom had come up with, Mogul Mite, to create a yet-to-exist 80s style skiwear brand. The name Mogul Mite was something my Grandfather originally coined to describe when you catch an edge on skis and it feels like a little critter tried to trip you! The little mogul mite drawing I used in the logo was exactly how he used to draw it for us when he signed cards and letters.

My professor suggested I make it a part of an existing company, and I thought Jerry of the Day was a good one due to their sense of humor and already 80s-leaning aesthetic.
